REDUX OF 2nd ANNUAL KARDIAC KLIMB

Yes Bill, here we are again. . . the Slow Horses out to serve as mile markers for your Kilo Klimbing Big Dogs.  We will will offer words of encouragement as you roar by.

RIDE - LEVEL:  Intermediate (grades over 8% in places.)

Distance:  45 km   Elevation Gain:  640 m

Pace:  slow going up, fast coming down.  Regrouping at the top and the bottom. (And wherever the coordinator gets tired.)

E-bikes (and E-hearts) allowed:  Yes

We are going to start from Sirocco Golf (the GM is my new best friend.)  After some gentle hills we will go first up the Old Road (the curvy one), over the top to the lookout for a group pic.  Then back down and up the New Road (straight one) to the tippy top, then down. but off to the east before the bottom to loop a lovely valley back to Sirocco . . . where we will celebrate survival with libations.

As before, riders with any of the following are especially welcome:

• Pacemaker (e-hearts), stents, or other installed devices.
• Cardiac procedures, eg. by-pass, snaking, or transplant (Tin Man?)
  
• Other conditions. such being as being tired, lazy, not bothered, etc.)

Bring water, the only refill spot is the Granary. 

A flashing red tail light is recommended.

Please be ready for a briefing 15 min. before start time.
