Pace (2-3 groups):

• Advanced group(s): ~25-27 kph average speed
• Advanced Plus group: 28-30+ kph average speed (self guided)

This ride is for advanced/experienced road riders -- must be comfortable with paceline riding. Ride at your own pace on hill climbs, regrouping at main junctions and at the top of hills.

You can use the hills as a high-intensity workout, challenge some Strava segments, or just take it easy and enjoy the views.

Route:

This week's route includes a fun side trip around Harmony Golf Course, and out to the end of Springbank Road. Note the golf course section is partly on a bike path -- please be courteous to other users.

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere. If you are unsure about the speed, pacelining format, and difficulty level of the ride, please contact the coordinator in advance.
