Route description: 

This is a beautiful, quiet ride with wonderful views. It is an exploratory tour of the homes around the Bearspaw Golf Club, Church Ranches and Cheyenne Meadows. We ride on the Bearspaw, Burma, Aspen, and Rocky Ridge roads and visit several cul-de-sac, stopping for lunch at one of them. 

Location: Parking NW corner of Shane Homes YMCA across from Butterfield Acres off Rocky Ridge Road NW. The YMCA has the only washroom available on the trip.

Operations

• The ride will have a sweep and regroup at intervals. No one will be left behind. 
• Bring lunch, snacks, and water. 
• It will be helpful if you arrive 15 minutes before the start for bike preparation, meet and greet, and a quick safety drill.
• E-Bikes are welcome.

Non-members are welcome as guests. They must fill out the waiver on our website under the Join Us/Guest Waiver and email it to guest@elbowvalleycc.org. Members can sponsor and register one guest. Unsponsored guests will be registered as guests of the coordinator after receipt of their waivers.

Waitlist: If you find the ride filled, you are encouraged to put your name on the waitlist. The chances are that you will replace a cancellation done automatically.

Cancellation: Suppose you are signed up and find you have to cancel. Please do so as soon as you know to leave space for someone else.  Suppose it is necessary to cancel because of weather or another reason. In that case, I will notify you on this page and by Email or telephone by 8 am on the event day.
