If people want to exceed 30km/hr, feel free to go on ahead by yourself or in a group. We will wave at you as you pass us on the way.

If you wish to do the Cochrane hill, go for it. It is not included in the route.

Parking spot is at the (for) Shame Homes YMCA in Rocky Ridge. Meet in the NW corner of the parking lot, 15 minutes prior to the ride start.

Newcomers welcome, however please contact the coordinator in advance if you are unsure about your skill or fitness level for the ride.
