Pace (2 groups):

• Advanced group: ~27 kph average speed
• Advanced Plus group: 28-30+ kph average speed (self guided)

This ride is for advanced/experienced road riders -- must be comfortable with paceline riding. Ride at your own pace on hill climbs, regrouping at main junctions and at the top of hills.

You can use the hills as a high-intensity workout, challenge some Strava segments, or just take it easy and enjoy the views.

Route:

This week's highlight -- COP switchbacks at the end of the ride. Test your legs on this classic Strava segment! 

There is a very short 600 m section of hard-packed gravel on this route. It is getting more pot-holed than it used to be. Very doable on a road bike, however, if you're uncomfortable you can avoid it by going further east on Airport Road to RR32. 

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).
