Pace:  slow going up, fast coming down

E-Bikes allowed:  Yes, but there are some switch backs going up, and steep descents, so maneuverability is important.

What goes up gets to come down:

This is a short ride, with steep climbs (max 9%) and exhilarating descents (max. 14%).  Climbing gears and descending skills will be useful.

We will traverse a variety of terrain:  cycle tracks through Montgomery, pathways through Bowmont and Bowness Parks, and quiet residential roads of Silver Springs, Scenic Acres and Bowness.

The ride objective:  A fresh fruit milkshake and/or the Bowness Burger at Angels Drive-in, in Bowness.
