Elevation Gain: 420 metres.

Speed: 21-24 km ebikes welcome

You can park at either Elbow Falls Parking Lot or Beaver Flats parking lot. Meet at barrier and cycle up to Rainy Summit for first regrouping before continuing down to the pond for Lunch. We will regroup on the return also at Rainy Summit. Participants are expected to stay within the speed range and regroup.
