Pace:  25-30 kph average speed, depending on the group. This is a no-drop ride with regular stops. Average speed refers to the overall speed for the ride, including hills.

Description:

Parking spot is the Shame Homes YMCA at Rocky Ridge. Meet in the NW corner of the parking lot, 15 minutes prior to the ride start.

Newcomers welcome, however please contact the coordinator in advance if you are unsure about your skill or fitness level for the ride.

There will be good company and a social atmosphere.
