Parking: Start from Highwood House junction on Highway 541, West of Longview.Park at Highwood House.

Park Pass: Reminder! You must have a Kananaskis park pass to visit the park. See: https://www.alberta.ca/kananaskis-conservation-pass.aspx

IMPORTANT: The purpose of this ride is to be social and to enjoy the scenery.  I would like us to stay together, with no one racing ahead and breaking up the group.

We will be regrouping twice on the way up, and twice on the way down, to make sure everybody is OK and share encouragement.

The first stop will be at Lineham Provincial Recreation Area parking lot on the right hand side (12km.) The second stop will be at Mount Lipsett Trailhead (25km.) Lunch will be at the top, where there are picnic tables and washrooms (38km.)

On the desent we will stop first at Pickle Jar Lakes Trailhead parking lot on the right hand side (58k) and again Cat Creek Provincial Recreation Area (59km.)

After the ride we can stop in Longview for social snack and hot drink.
