Rockyridge Y to Cochrane return.

1:00 wheels rolling. Meet in the usual place, parking lot of the Y, NW area at about 12:45. We'll head out 262, down to Good Earth for coffee and back on the 1-A.

Intermediate and advanced welcome. There will be regrouping and we'll look out for one another. Terrible "dad" jokes appreciated.

e-bikes OK.

50k, about 560 meters elevation.
