Pace:                  24-26 km/h

This ride welcomes newcomers, if comfortable riding on the road shoulders and with riding as a group. We will ride at a steady pace, regrouping at major intersections. E-bikes are welcome.

This week's ride includes an out and back on Glendale Road, the Gray Way hill, but does not include the Cochrane Hill. 

Bring your tail lights for added visibility and a smile!

This ride will be offered (almost) every Thursday (weather and ride leader availability permitting) with variations of the route. 

As weather is unpredictable, check your email mid-Thursday to see if ride is cancelled due to rain, cold or smoke. If its windy, I won't cancel but I may  modify the route.
