Level: For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding.

Distance: 50 km

Pace: 27+ kph group riding; staying together on flatter sections; ride at your own pace on hill climbs, regrouping at the top

Elevation Gain: 500+ m

Tuesday Tuneup is a weekly hilly ride and/or interval training workout on scenic Springbank roads.

Longer evenings in June = longer rides!

This week's hills: Idylwild/Country Lane, Airport Road (not as hilly as usual...)

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road. 24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z 3K2 (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere.
