Description:

Please meet at the Red Deer Lake United Church parking lot at 12:45 p.m. wheels down at 1:00 p.m. Anticipated pace:  26-28kph.  Paceline riding for where it is safe to do so. 

We'll stop briefly at the Turner Valley Esso where extra water, electrolyte drinks and snacks/fuel may be purchased. For coffee lovers, the Black Sheep Coffee Co is right next door.  *Due to the limited stops, please ensure you double up your water bottles and have gels/stingers/and or food stuffs handy to consume on the bike. Last but not least, ensure your saddle bag is properly appointed and your rear light is charged up and ready to go.
