E-Bikes allowed:  Yes, but there are switch backs and steep descents, so pedal assist and maneuverability are suggested.

What goes up gets to come down!

This is a short ride, with steep climbs (max 9%) and exhilarating descents (max. 14%).  A degree of agility will be useful.

We will traverse a variety of terrain:  cycle tracks through Montgomery, pathways through Bowmont and Bowness Parks, and quiet residential roads of Silver Springs and Bowness (where we can relax a bit.)

The ride objective:  A fresh fruit milkshake at Angels Drive-in, in Bowness.  And for those feeling a bit peckish, the Bowness Burger or my personal favorite, Rae's Chili.
