Pace:  25-27+ kph - Ride at your own pace on hill repeats/intervals

Elevation Gain: 500+ m

Tuesday Tuneup is a weekly hilly ride and/or interval training workout on scenic Springbank roads. 

This week's hill: Huggard Road (laps)

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road. 24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z 3K2 (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere.
