This ride welcomes newcomers comfortable riding on the road shoulders and in a group. For a faster pace please join the 6pm group.

We will ride at a steady pace with no racing and with regrouping at major intersections. Cochrane hill is optional. If you choose not to ride the hill, then you can wait for the group or return back by yourself.

Bring your tail lights for added visibility and a smile!
