ROAD RIDE - LEVEL : Intermediate

Pace: 20 - 25 km/hr

Elevation Gain: 425 m

Meeting place: George Lane Park, High River. I am not sure exactly where I will park in the Park, so when you get there you will need to drive round to find my red Toyota Prius. I plan to be there by 8:30 am

Wheels rolling @ 9:00 a.m. - please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can start on time

Let's celebrate Stampede week with a scenic loop through ranching country. We will head South and West from High river, arriving in Longview for lunch in Centennial Park. Then return to High River on the famous "Coal Trail"

This ride is suitable for intermediate riders, e-bikes welcome.

We encourage socializing after the ride, tailgate-style. Please bring lawn chairs, and snacks. 

Music Notes: "O give me a home, where the buffalo roam, and the deer and the antelope play. Where never is heard a discouraging word, and the skies are not cloudy all day."
The buffalo are all gone but there are still some deer to be spotted. And lets hope for clear skies.
